Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive mail management tool, which will grant you full authority over your e-mailbox accounts and mailing lists. With this easy-to-use graphical user interface, you can set up a brand new e-mailbox account in no time and manage its settings with ease. Furthermore, you can forward mail messages from one e-mailbox to another, activate email filters, set up autoresponder messages and guard your e-mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your email boxes against spam mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unsolicited e-mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific email mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming mails based on specific rules set by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can quickly create a mail filter for any of your email accounts and choose the email filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming e-mails from one email mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail boxes. Simply choose the e-mail box you wish to forward e-mails from, then choose the destination e-mailbox and select if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily set up the email client of your choosing to access your e-mail boxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you would like to set up on your desktop PC or cell phone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new mailbox account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple e-mailbox accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager will also permit you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will take care of the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
